Jessi has been hand-coding websites since the day her dad brought home an AOL floppy disk in 1993. Today, she runs Iceberg Web Design, a custom web development agency in Minnesota. A passionate entrepreneur, Jessi loves creating jobs, speaking about her experience growing a company, and sharing her experiences with freelancers and aspiring entrepreneurs. Jessi frequently speaks on business and management topics at local events and conferences throughout the US.

Jessi lives in Anoka, MN. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Anoka Area Chamber of Commerce and Montessori Renaissance Academy. When not running a business or chasing her two young children, you can find her in the vegetable garden or in the window set of an airplane traveling to her next adventure.

Born and raised in Germany, Nick didn’t always know that he was going to be an entrepreneur. But after less than a year of working a corporate job, not only did he make the jump across the pond to the US, but also the leap into entrepreneurship.

He now runs a digital marketing agency that helps LASIK centers attract and convert leads into new patients. Recently, he also co-founded ConvoEngine — software designed to turn clicks into conversations for businesses beyond the elective medical field.

Richard Fong caught the entrepreneurial bug at a young age after his parents migrated from Shanghai, China and opened up their own restaurant in Kansas. After watching and helping his parents work up to 14 hours a day, seven days a week, Fong learned how hard it was for small businesses to earn a living. Doing web development on the side, Fong graduated from UCI with a degree in Economics and took a job in finance but soon realized he wanted to help “the little guy”. He began working with small businesses, soon founding his very own Bliss Drive, a digital marketing agency with a specialization in SEO to increase ROI and boost sales for small businesses.
